Sherri Ziff Lester. Life Coach.

Prior to her "mommy sabbatical" from the entertainment business, Sherri was a successful television writer on several prime-time dramas including "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Baywatch", during their most media-frenzied time.

A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, Sherri is also a widely published travel and spa writer, a poet, a notorious goofball, and has been involved with Jewish mystical practices and traditions for over 20 years. She leads journal writing workshops at spas and was recently invited aboard Six-Star Crystal Cruises' Harmony as an onboard guest lecturer.

Sherri Ziff Lester received her certification in life coaching at the prestigious Academy of Coach Training in Seattle, Washington, one of the few training centers to earn accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

RockYourLifeCoaching: My Mission

I promise you this is true: I heard and felt a divine calling, dropped (almost) everything and began life coach training at the prestigious Academy for Coach Training in Seattle.

My RockYourLifeCoaching began with an unexpected and passionate desire to bring music to the world -- crazy, loud, dance 'til-you-drop, cry-every-tear, heart-throbbing, soul-soaring music -- using my skill as a life coach and gift as an intuit coaching dedicated and influential musicians, song writers, entertainers, and executives in the music business.

Today, I've expanded my mission. While my clients are primarily in arts & entertainment, I enthusiastically welcome entrepreneurs, educators, scientists, political activists, inventors  -- the whole spectrum of those who are dedicated to exuberant living and rocking the world in their unique way.
